    • I know the exercise outweighs the pain. Many times in the morning when my lower back is hurting I will do yoga and that helps reduce the pain. By the time I get to the gym I am doing much better. Thanks for watching! 🙂

      • A lot of people have told me about the benefits of doing yoga, so I must give it a try. I’ve been doing Tai chi style exercises that have greatly benefited me, helping me to relax my mind and body and its helps to relieve my discomfort to some extent. But wish I had your strength to go to the gym!

  1. Look at you rockin’ it Terry! You so make me smile!!! Right in the middle of the gym you have the camera on! What do you use to videotape? Your iPhone? And is the music playing while you do it for all to hear? I wish I had such bravado at the gym. I roll in in the morning half asleep and barely make it through what I need to do. LOL! You are in great shape to do that! I smile thinking of the man who revealed himself part by part and now doing this. Just LOVE IT! Go Terry!!!!! ❤
