Sing Along

Sing Alone Sing Along –

The ship departed and the voyage began as usual without any unexpected events.  As the travel to the foreign land takes place, the bar fills with happy patrons ready to engage in food, fun and sun.  The music was playing disco and the crowd was dancing and drinking to ‘Boogie Wonderland’.  As the music softens and ends the next selection starts and the crowd continues their activities unknowing what is to take place next.

Unexpectedly he steps to the forefront, takes the microphone and begins to belt out the voice and takes over in singing ‘Hot Stuff’!

The song is strong and loud and with one arm raised he sings with emphasis “Lookin’ for some hot stuff, baby this evenin’, I need some hot stuff, baby tonight, I want some hot stuff, baby this evenin’, Gotta have some hot stuff, Gotta have some love tonight

The bar erupts into cheers and their expressions of smiles and laughter consume the space.  He proceeds with heart and soul and the song continues and the crowd responds with upmost pleasure and support.  As the song concludes and the performer ends with triumph, one walks forward and presents him with the ultimate compliment.

What was offered, what is to come, and where will it take him?
