Sunrise Offered

Sunrise offered a very beautiful spectacle; the water was quite unruffled, but the motion communicated by the tides was so great that, although there was not a breath of air stirring, the sea heaved slowly with a grand and majestic motion.

I took this video several months ago, early one morning to watch the sunrise.

It had much to offer me.

Since my surgery I have yet to walk on the beach, it is waiting for my return.

One day when feeling a little better I plan to take a walk on the beach again.

One day when I am recovered I plan to watch another sunrise.

And take in what it has to offer.

  1. I quite lost myself in the clip – mesmerising and so calming. You are in your new dawn and the sunrise on the shore awaits you, calls to you – I’ll bet it will put on a double splendid show the day you set foot on those sands again. Joy and strength to you on this new day, another step on your journey – may the sun warm you and light you on your way.

    • Yes, it awaits me and soon I hope to be back to experience the peacefulness and calm it offers. I hope in a couple of weeks to be back there to experience it again. Thanks Osyth, your comments always bring a smile to my face. πŸ™‚

  2. That video is a welcome respite from the dark, cold, windy day we’re having today. My blood pressure dropped a few points just listening to it. Hope you’re feeling stronger each day Terry. You’ll be back on the beach soon. πŸ™‚

  3. How absolutely beautiful. Nothing beats that peacefulness and tranquility. The soft sounds, those waves, and those colours, just all so calming. That is what you need right now, that calm. I can’t wait for you to take that walk back onto the beach, and feel the sand. Beautiful thoughts my friend. Have a happy day. πŸ™‚ x
